that's awesome you guys get out so much! and you made bread! good bread, even. you should totally teach me how! :)

hey, i was wondering how you set up your walk across America thing. do you have to keep track of all the miles and each tiny town, etc. or do you have something you just plug into?

have a fantastic (hopefully long!) weekend! :)

Kimbo:

The bread recipe was very simple, and it tasted just like the bread they give you at Macaroni Grill. I can send you the recipe if you want it. :)

As for walking across America, I got the idea from this website: http://walking.about.com//cs/measure/a/webwalkingusa.htm

And they list out milestones across the country and the number of miles to get to each one: http://walking.about.com/cs/beginners/l/blwebwalkingadt.htm

We are doing their walk backwards (from west to east coast), so that makes it a bit confusing. My family just sends me their steps for the week, I add it all together and then divide by 2,500 (average steps in a mile). We’re having tons of fun with it, and it’s getting us all exercising more!
